JOE WHELAN

President

Joe joined Military Systems Group, Inc. in January 2015 as their President. Formerly, Joe served as the Vice President of Strategic Growth at Delek US/ MAPCO Inc. for three-and-a-half years as a key member of an Executive Team responsible for generating and managing over $2.1B in revenue. Delek US is publicly traded on the NYSE.

Prior to entering private industry, Joe served 21 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces officer.

Joe possesses a Juris Doctor degree, and is licensed to practice law in the state of TN. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business as well as Masters degrees in Business, Education, and Strategic/Operational Planning.

SCOTT REISDORF

Controller

Scott Reisdorf joined the MSG team in 2019 with over 35 years of experience in Finance, Human Resources, and IT management. He studied and obtain a bachelor's degree in Accounting at The Pennsylvania State University and holds a master's degree in Management at Shippensburg University.

Scott serves as the Controller and is responsible and has experience in all aspects of Accounting, Cash Management, business strategy with a strong orientation in cost management, Human Resources, and IT. He has extensive hands-on experience in the implementation of Accounting and Human Resources Shared Services for organizations.

STEVE ANDERSON

Director of Sales and Product Development

Steve Joined Military Systems Group after 23 years of service in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer, and after 12 years in various defense contractor roles. He has built and led effective teams across a wide array of programs, to include capturing and managing programs worth over $400M in revenue at Navistar Defense.

Steve possesses a Master of Science from University of Illinois, and a Bachelor or Science from the United State Military Academy.

MIKE PRICE

Director of Operations

Mike Price joined the MSG team in 2021 after serving a combined 15+ years in industry, and in the U.S. Army – both active duty and his current service as a Major in the Army National Guard. Mike’s civilian career includes significant management roles in industry for companies like Allevard Sogefi, and Calsonic Kansei/ Marelli North America. Mike has led teams of over 250 employees in the most demanding supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing management positions, which support the automotive industries. Mike has his bachelor’s degree in management, and he is certified in Lean Six Sigma- Black Belt and a Certified Master Logistician -SOLE. His education, leadership and organizational experience have brought a systems approach to a growing small business and have directly enabled MSG to effectively perform under a wide array of contract delivery requirements, including a multi-year, IDIQ, delivery-order driven, product-diverse contracts. In the Army, he served operational assignments in conventional units and in special operations, including leadership duties from the Platoon to Battalion levels. He currently serves as the Operations and Plans Officer for his Group, with a focus on Logistics Planning.
