Do you have your own designs that you need built? Military System Group (MSG) offers a full-service build-to-print capability. Not only in the Defense Sector but also in the Commercial/Private Sectors. We can handle simple and complex design builds. MSG brings experience and expertise to every facet of our build-to-print service. From prototypes to low-rate production, we can provide products that match design specifications.

MSG offers over 350,000 square feet of facilities, personnel, AS9100/ISO 9001 certified quality management system, and experienced project managers to ensure your satisfaction. From kickoff to project completion, you will be working with a PMP certified project manager that will be the single point of contact throughout the build-to-print project.

MSG Machining Capabilities

MSG’s experienced machining staff has the know-how to consistently deliver quality components. MSG boasts onsite computer numerically controlled (CNC) programmers and experienced, certified machinists across multiple shifts with state-of-the-art machines, which are capable of precision multi-axis milling and turning.

Fabrication Capabilities

MSG's fabrication shop is led by a skilled manager with over thirty-five years of hands-on experience. MSG can fabricate everything from prototype parts to production.

- 6 x 10 ft. CNC plasma table with the capability of cutting up to ½" thick steel
- Robotic Welding with a reciprocating table
- 50-ton Manual Press Break
- MIG and TIG Welding

Supply Chain Management

MSGs supply chain team boasts decades of collective experience executing highly technical, US Government and similar contracts. MSG has suppliers throughout the US and Canada that are ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified and have a DD Form 2345 on file to receive Government drawings.
